BARRY WALSH

Barry was a professional rugby player for London Irish and bronze medallist at the European Junior championships in decathlon. As a result of dealing with his own injuries he became a physiotherapist to help others alleviate their pain and maximise their physical potential.
He has 25 years clinical experience in private practise in London treating people from all walks of life. These include professional sportsman to weekend warriors and sedentary office workers. After receiving a Masters degree in Spinal Manipulation and rehabilitation from UCL, he later became a fellow and senior physiotherapy lecturer at St Georges University London.
He aims to treat, educate and empower patient's to help them alleviate their pain and improve their physical health.
He utilises soft tissue massage and release techniques as well as joint mobilisation and manipulation to loosen stiffened tissues and joints. He then formulates and teaches functional rehabilitation exercises including Pilates and strength training to achieve patient centred goals.
He still works in London Clinics but also sees people from home in Burpham

Initial Assessment and Treatment

This consists of an initial assessment and treatment followed by a rehabilitation programme outline. Get started on the road to recovery.

45 min follow up
(Additional £20 call out fee will be added for home visits)
If you require more physiotherapy input then a 45 minute follow up session may help minimize your recovery time.

This consists of reassessment and treatment and progression of exercise plans.
